Ordering - After placing an order on-line, we will send you an automatic email confirmation for your order.
Payment - Goods are subject to availability. If you order an item that is clearly shown on the website to be temporarily out of stock, we will send it to you as soon as new stock arrives.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Electron or Delta and most major credit cards. The card details will be encrypted to give you maximum protection while shopping with us.
The price for each product is in UK Pounds Sterling, and includes V.A.T at 17.5%. You will be notified of any delivery charges before you give your credit card details. For international orders (outside the UK), all import duties and taxes for the goods entering your country are your responsibility to pay, so please find out the applicable rates of your country before ordering.
Delivery - You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details. We aim to adhere to the delivery times making it as stress free for the customer as possible.
Returns - We trust that you will be satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item.
You can cancel your order and return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date if it is unused, in it's original condition and suitable for resale. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. Using a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery) is recommended. Please contact us by email or phone before returning any goods, so we can give you a specific returns number. You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Regarding postage costs of returned items, if the item is faulty we will cover the return postage costs. If it is just a standard unwanted return you as a consumer will cover the postage charge for returning the product to us.
Regarding our initial postage costs in sending the item to you, we will refund this if an item is faulty, but for standard unwanted returns we will not refund the initial postage and packing costs of sending your order to you. Liability - We will ensure the details of your order and payment are secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you. Privacy - Your personal information will not be shared. We adhere to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. We do use cookies in our shopping cart software so that it can work efficiently, but we do not store or use this information for any other purpose. Packaging - We try where possible to be environmentally friendly. When possible we will use recycled packaging including mail bags.
